During the last year of the Obama Administration, Frank Biden (President Bidens brother) collaborated with a consulting firm which was heavily involved in lobbying on behalf off an oil distribution company.
Lobbying is a practice whereby an individual or a group with private interests attempts to influence the decisions of government - not to be confused with bribery. The main difference being is that Bribery is where an individual or group exchanges payment (typically of monetary value) with another to acheive a certain result and is a practice that is illegal, whereas lobbying is completley legal.
Cassidy & Associates, which is the consulting company that turned into a lobbying shop (formerly known as the Delmarva Group) to represent Chesapeake Petroleum and supply, with the sole purpose of targeting congressional lawmakers, as well as the Defence Department, during the final year of the Obama Administration.
This development further proves the belief that President Biden is a security threat, especially considering how many of Franks business ties have - for the most part - coincided with President Bidens time in office - despite it only being two weeks!

Frank Bidens LinkedIn profile states he was a "member director" of the Delmarva group starting in 2015. The same Delmarva group that later turned to a lobbying shop with the primary goal of targeting congressional lawmakers in order to sway and influence government decisions.
In a report released by CNBC, which details the links between the Delmarva group, Cassidy & Associates, and Chesapeake Petroleum (accessible via public records):
The address noted on the lobbying report matches the same location as many of Delmarva's state enclosures.
The lobbying registration report among other documents lists the client as "Delmarva Group on behalf of Chesapeake Petroleum"
Frank Biden denies any involvement between him and any lobbyists - despite him displaying on his LinkedIn profile that he previously worked for the consulting firm.
