Finally, after years of conflict between America and the middle east, the Senate is finally doing their job of enforcing the checks and balances written in our constitution. A bipartisan bill was introduced by Tim Kaine (Dem-V) and Todd Young (Rep-In) that would effectively strip presidents of any war powers. This bill would bring an end to the 20-year unnecessary conflict in the middle east.
Overall, this bill plans to repeal the 1991 and 2002 Authorizations, which enabled Presidents to push for the use of military force against Iraq, despite the elites having a vested financial interest as there's no profit in peace, and they have been lining their pockets with money from lobbyists.
It's time to bring our boys back, we should be taking care of our vets and our own citizens over Illegal immigrants - It's time President Joe Biden started putting America first
