Today, Allan Miller reported that all 16 Republicans representing Arizona in the Senate worked together to co-sponsor a resolution calling for the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to be held in contempt and arrested for refusing to comply with government-ordered subpoenas, asking for election equipment and materials.
The specified supervisors have challenged the subpeonas in court arguing that the Senate lacks the legal authority to seek the requested materials in regards to the election equipment. This may be a perfectly valid legal standpoint, however, it doesn't change the fact that under section 41-1153 of state law, as pointed out by the Senate Resolution 1005;
"witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpeona may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house."
They wouldn't be neglecting to honour the issued subpeona unless they had something to hide - it's pretty obvious. We've seen evidence over the past few months grow in terms to election fraud and it being rigged, further proving this illusion of democracy that has been rulling the world over the past few decades. Our governments are rulled upon a plutocracy - controlled purely by wealth and corruption. These elections soley are there to give you the illusion of a democratic system. A system which has failed us. A system which has become so corrupt, a swamp that goes so deep, it proves democracy no longer exists.
